Meet Your Teacher Mrs. Mitchell

I have been working in education since 2008. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats when it comes to supporting children: classroom teacher, support system, caretaker, nanny, English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher, and child welfare caseworker. Now, my most important role is being their 4th-grade teacher!

I’m here to bring joy and love to our 4th-grade classroom family. I want to help bring reading to life—not just reading for the sake of reading but reading to LEARN and GROW! My own children attend CLS, and I love that everyone is treated like a friend in our halls.
