Home visits

The summer is rapidly moving along and it will soon be time for home visits. I plan to schedule these visits for the first week of August. Please have a copy of your child's birth certificate available. Remember that kindergarten children need to have a physical/shots, dental exam and an eye exam. If you have those forms when I come, I will take them with me then. I am looking forward to meeting with you and your child!
