Dear Parents:

Since we have two weeks left in the 1st grading period, I want to share a few reminders with you:

   1. The grading period ends Thursday, Oct.  27. We have a teacher in-service day on Friday, Oct. 28th as we prepare for the 2nd Christ Lutheran School auction & dinner on Saturday evening at Five Points Sheridan (formerly Holiday Inn City Centre).

   2. Please encourage your child to reach his/her accelerated reader goals. Students have to be at 100% of their goal with at least 80% comprehension for an "A" in AR.

   3. Due dates for projects: Stamp Album- Thursday, Oct. 27. This is a big project and will count 2 test grades!

                                                  Poster project- Wednesday, Nov. 2

   4. Additionally, if your child needs extra time on keyboarding for computer class, he/she may do so at home. You just need to send a note letting Mrs. Reinhart know for the extra credit.
