Parents:

This is the last week of our first grading period!! This means the students have one week in which to meet AR goals and bring up any low grades. Oct. 29 & 30 will be our parent-teacher conferences. The report cards will be given at this conference. A note concerning sign up times for conferences will be distributed this week.

Thanks to everyone who helped make this last Sunday a success! The Christian Education service was great even though so many students were home sick. Thanks for all the volunteer help at the dinner after the late service. We really appreciate it!

Speaking of sickness, I have been wiping down the desks, door knobs, etc. with anti-bacterial wipes a couple days of the week. If you could send in one container of wipes that would be great to help to offset the expense. If you are in doubt about keeping a child home, please don't allow him/her to come to school if a fever is present. I always appreciate a phone call in the morning and would be happy to gather all work for the day.   However, a cough/cold, unless serious, shouldn't stop your child from attending. Missing too many days directly affects the child's success in school.
