Parents:

Reminders for the next 2 weeks:

1. Our grading period ends on Oct. 23, 2009, which means we have 4 weeks left to meet AR goals. Please make sure your child is reading each night.

2. Our Civil War stamp album is due on Oct. 16 and will count as a test grade.

3. October means CLS volleyball tournament! We are very excited about our team this year and would love to have you come and support our girls. The tournament requires a lot of help from volunteers, so if you are able please sign up to help in school office.

4. Remember your child is out of school on Oct. 1 & 2 for teacher's workshops and inservice. Please encourage your child to use this time to read and work on stamp album.

5. Finally, mark your calendars for the Oct. 18 Christian Education service at our 8:00 a.m. service at Christ Lutheran Church. The students will have songs and some will have speaking parts. All students are expected to attend
