Can you believe we are in the last 2 weeks of school?  The year has gone by so quickly!

Friday will be our last day for AR tests for our grades.  Monday (the 11th) was the last day for our special prizes.  We have sixteen 4th graders who have qualified for our trip. Congratulations!  All library books were turned in today, so they need to bring books from home to read when their work is done.

The children have worked very hard at reading this year.  Those going on the trip need to come to school in their gymnastic clothes on Friday.  They need to bring their swimsuits and towels on the trip and uniform clothes to change into after swimming.

Spelling and Reading tests will be Friday.  We will all take the Spelling test, but those going on the AR trip are excused from the Reading test.  Congratulations to Maren, our Star Speller for the week. Congratulations also to Breonna, Auja, and Emma who finished another sticker chart!

There will be a Science test on Thursday over Chapter 8.  Please go over the study sheets with your child.
 
Memory for this week is John 10:27-28.  This can be found on page 175 of their religion book.  They will have to work on this on their own this time.  We will not be taking class time to work on this.  I want them to start practicing how it will be done next year.  Please make sure they do not leave it until the night before it needs to be said.
