News for the week of October 31

A BIG THANK YOU to all who helped at the CLS Auction. Our 2^nd Auction appears to have been another successful one.

Enclosed are your child’s papers for the week. Please go over them together. For AR we need 11% for Fun Friday and 8% for recess and sports eligibility.

Reading and Spelling tests will be Friday. There will also be a Social Studies test on Friday. Please go over the workbook pages and vocabulary words.

We will begin working on Psalm 1 for our Memory this week.

We will have a Math test on Wednesday over Chapter 3. The pre-test is going home today (Tuesday). Please sign the pre-test for an extra 10 points.

The Science test will also be on Wednesday. There will be a page of the test where they will have to match their vocabulary words. Please make sure they know these words. Go over workbook pages and the study sheet.

Congratulations to our Star Spellers – Darryl, Brandee, Allison, Matthew, and Kaleigh. Congratulations also to Neal who finished his 2^nd sticker chart. Way to Go!
