For AR this week we need 89% for Fun Friday and 62% for sports eligibility and recess.  The grading scale on Teacherease is now set for the regular school grading scale for Acclerated Reader, so you can see exactly what your child's report card grade is at this point.  This grading period ends Friday, March 18th, so we only have a week and a half to bring these grades up.

Social Studies test is Wednesday.  Please quiz your child on the vocab, notes we've taken,  and workbook.

Reading and Spelling tests will be Friday.  Congratulations to our Star Spellers:  Apryl, Logan, Scott, and Devin.  Congratulations also to TreaVion, Isaiah, Luke, and Devin who finished another sticker chart!  Way to go!

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, and we will be worshipping at 10:00 on Wednesday.  You are welcome to join us for worship.

Open House is Thursday, and our classroom will be open from 5:30-6:15.  Please come see all your child's special projects.

We will begin working on the 1st Article of the Apostle's Creed and its explanation for our Memory the next few weeks.  They will have a copy of this at school.  It can also be found in Luther's Small Catechism.
 
Thanks for all your prayers and good wishes as my family traveled up to Wheaton for my daughter's wedding.  It was a beautiful wedding and greatly enjoyed!  Hopefully I will soon have pictures at school to share.
