Dear Parents and Grandparents,

Please go over your child's papers in the Tuesday folder.

For AR this week we need 55% for Fun Friday, and 39% for recess and sports eligibility.  Remember that an Average % correct below 85% is considered to be at risk by the Accelerated Reader program.

Reading and Spelling tests will be this Friday.  Congratulations to Kaydem, our Star Speller!

Memory for this week is Luke 2:1-12.  This is due on Friday.

All basketball games for Thursday have been cancelled.  Please remember the St. Edwards students and faculty in your prayers, as one of their students has died.

Mark your calendars for Thursday, December 16th.  This is the Taste of CLS, and all students in our school will be singing in the concert following the dinner.  This will count as a double music grade.  All band students will be performing, and this also counts as part of the band grade.  Students not attending the dinner should be here by 5:45 p.m.

For our Christmas gift exchange this year, girls should bring a gift marked "to a girl," and boys should bring a gift marked "to a boy."  The amount to spend on this gift is $5.00. Gifts should be sent by Monday, December 20th.  For our party, we will be playing board games, so the children may bring their favorite game.
