4th Grade ::

Dear Parents and Grandparents,
Your child's mid-term progress reports are included in the Tuesday folder today. Please sign the report and return it tomorrow in the folder. All grades are as of Friday when the mid-term ended, including AR. Any tests taken this week are not reflected in the grade.
For AR we need 55% of our goal with 80% accuracy for Fun Friday and 39% of the goal for recess and eligibility. Please access the AR website using the information school sent home earlier this year and fill in the response form at the bottom of the letter. You may return the response form on Thursday if you need to use a computer somewhere other than home.
Reading and Spelling tests will be Friday. This week’s spelling list seems to be more difficult for the children. They should practice every night.
Congratulations to our Star Spellers, Apryl and Kyler. Congratulations also to Autumn and Kaydem who finishes their first sticker chart. Way to go!
We will begin working on the Old Testament books of the Bible this week for Memory. We will learn these to a song and will sing that through Ecclesiastes for Friday.
On Thursday we will have a Science test over Chapter 1. We will be reviewing for this with workbook pages and a worksheet. Review with them please.
Math Facts in a Flash can be done on your computer at home. Encourage your child to work on this at home.
If you have any special items to donate to the Christ Lutheran Auction, please bring them in soon to the office. They would be greatly appreciated! Also, please remember to invite you family and friends to attend. It will be Saturday, November 20th, at the Holiday Inn City Center.
Have a blessed week!
Mrs. Bremer and Mrs. Von Behren
