For AR we need to be at 67% for Fun Friday and 47% for recess and sports eligibility. We need 85% accuracy for both.
Permission forms and waivers for our AR field trip are included in the folder if your child has already qualified to go. We need drivers for this, too.
Congratulations to Kadaja and McKenna who finished another sticker chart. Way to go! Star spellers for the week are Izaiah, Kadaja, and Tony. Good Job!
Reading and Spelling tests will be Friday.
Memory for this week is Psalm 91:1-8 due on Friday.
Social Studies: Our test on Illinois will be Friday. Be sure your child is reviewing the notes daily to prepare for the test.
Tomorrow, (Wednesday), is our trip to Springfield. We will leave at 7:15am. Our drivers are Mr. Hess, Mrs. Seling, Ms. Evans, and Mr. Faulkner. Thank you for the great response. You will be "in charge" of your children at New Salem, because the cabins are small, and we break into small groups to tour the village. Remember that the children need to wear comfortable tennis shoes (no flip flops or sandals) and jeans or uniform shorts with their uniform shirts. Everyone going needs to bring a sack lunch and a drink, as well as money for ice cream if they want it at New Salem.
The children did a GREAT job last Thursday at the Musical.
