Dear Parents,

For AR we need 55% for Fun Friday and 39% for recess and sports eligibility, both with 85% accuracy.

Congratulations to Kadaja and McKenna who have finished another sticker chart!  Way to go!

Friday will be our AR test on Little House on the Prairie for Reading.  This will count as a double reading grade.  Please review the book with your child this week to prepare for the test.

In Social Studies we are reading our Illinois book and taking notes.  The children should be reviewing their notes every evening to prepare for the final test when we finish the book.

Memory - We continue to work on Psalm 91.  Verses 1-6 are due on Friday.
 
We will have a Religion test next Tuesday, May 4th, over Unit 8.
 
We finished our Fractions chapter and are now beginning to work on decimals.  Keep practicing the math facts at home.  There's some good computer programs out there, and they can always work on Math Facts in a Flash at home.  They know how to get to that.

The Musical is almost here!  The children should be here Thursday evening by 6:00p.m. dressed in their costumes.  Invite your family and friends.  It will be a great production!

Principal's notes: CLS yard signs are available in the office for $15.  Advertise our wonderful school in your neighborhood!  Also if you have any pictures that we could use for the yearbook of activities throughout the year, please send them to school.
