News for the week of January 19

For AR we need 22% of our goal with 85% accuracy for Fun Friday, and 15% for Sports eligibility. Let's read, read, read to stay on track and be ahead of the game this grading period.

Congratulations to McKenna who finished her 2nd sticker chart! Way to go!

Reading and Spelling tests will be Friday.

Memory for this week is Psalm 23:1-3.

Enclosed with the papers are two Science activities to be done at home. Choose one of them, do the experiment, and answer the questions that are on the back side of the sheet. Send the project and sheet in by Fri., Jan. 29^th. These will be displayed at our Open House on Thurs., Feb. 4^th. These activities go along with the chapter we just finished in science. You may do both activities, but please send only one of them to school.

We are starting 2 digit by 2 digit multiplying. Please make sure your child knows his or her facts well. It helps so much in the learning of this.
