Dear Parents,

         CLS is having a holiday canned food drive for Neighborhood House.  Please bring in your non-perishable foods to the school.

         Last week we finished The Boxcar Children.  Look for the graded packet in the Monday folders.

         Multiplication has begun!  It is very important for children to continually practice these facts at home, as well as review addition/subtraction facts.  A set of flashcards would be a handy tool to have at home.

Now that the cold weather has set in, please make sure that your child is dressed appropriately for the outside.  Recess will be outside unless it is below freezing, and it is not raining.

Memory work (due Thursday):
