Dear Parents,

         Thank you for having your child at the services yesterday! What a wonderful way to praise the Lord!

         Please mark your calendars for October 29th.  CLS is having a dinner and auction at the Four Points by Sheridan (downtown Peoria).  Tickets are $30 which includes dinner.  To purchase tickets, volunteer to help, or to donate a service or auction item, stop by the office,  It will be a fun evening!

         A helpful website for your child to visit is www.bookadventure.org.

It provides quizzes on books, and children can earn prizes. It is a good review for them along with some good practice at taking chapter book tests.  I hope that you find it as helpful as I do (not all of our AR books are on this program)!
