Dear Parents,

         CLS is having a holiday canned food drive for Neighborhood House.  Please bring in your non-perishable foods to the school.

         Last week we finished The Boxcar Children.  Look for the graded packet in their Monday folders.

         Multiplication has begun!  It is very important for children to continually practice these facts at home, as well as review addition/subtraction facts.  A set of flashcards would be a handy tool to have at home.

Reading: Danger...Icebergs

Math: daily fact review; x1, x10

Memory work (due Thursday):

      The Third Commandment: Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.
